The National Space Club is excited to continue the Child of a Member scholarship program started last year. The club’s ability to continue this exciting program is a direct result of the outstanding support from our industry partners and the greater Huntsville community.
To be eligible, the student must be the child or grandchild of a National Space Club – Huntsville Chapter member in good standing. They must also be in their senior year of high school or be a college student with freshman to junior standing as well as a 3.2 GPA. Lastly, they must be pursuing an education in the STEM fields.
Please note, students attending Northern Alabama institutions already in partnership with the NSC-HSV for scholarships are not eligible for the Child of a Member scholarship, and should instead work with their school to apply through our partnership scholarship program. The partner schools are the University of Alabama in Huntsville, Alabama A & M, University of North Alabama, Athens State University, Calhoun Community College, and JF Drake State Community College
