Mr. Fisher holds BS and MS in Mechanical Engineering from The Pennsylvania State University, where his thesis work was in Combustion Instabilities in Liquid Propellant Rockets. Mr. Fisher began his career at NASA’s Marshall Space Flight Center in the Propulsion Laboratory. He held increasingly responsible roles including Chief of the Vehicle System Division, X-34 Launch Vehicle Program Manager, RS-83 Main Engine Program Manager and Manager of the MSFC Office for Space Exploration. Mr Fisher left NASA and has worked in the Commercial Space industry including Chief Engineer for Stratolaunch and Chief Engineer for the Dynetics Human Landing System. Mr. Fisher joined Blue Origin in February of 2022 and serves as the Program Manager for the New Glenn BE-4 Main Engine.
