COL Ruscoe is also an Active Duty Guardian and brings extensive experience in strategic leadership, multinational operations and organizational transitions. COL Ruscoe’s current assignment is part of the Program Management Office leading the relocation of USSPACECOM’s headquarters from Colorado to Alabama. In this capacity, he supports Major General Grisham by helping manage military construction and infrastructure requirements for the new headquarters. Being on the ground in Huntsville allows for direct engagement with local and state leaders to ensure a smooth transition.
