Rich Martin assumed the duties as the Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff (ADCS) for Supply Chain Management, G-3, July 30, 2023. As ADCS, Mr. Martin is responsible for planning, directing, integrating and coordinating the execution of all functions, operations and activities of Supply Chain Management, Depot/Arsenal Management, Organic Industrial Base operations and modernization, and Enterprise Logistics Systems Management.
He previously served as the Director of the Organic Industrial Base Modernization Task Force for Army Materiel Command. He was selected to the Senior Executive Service August 20, 2023.
